This is a Macnaught MX Series MX09F Oval Gear Flow Meter (15 – 500 L/hr, 69 bar) with ¼” ports for the measurement of fuel and oil. The oval gear measurement principle offers extremely high accuracy on both low and high viscosity fluids. Furthermore, because this meter doesn’t require flow conditioning, no straight piping runs are required, so the flow meter can be used in installs where space is limited without affecting performance.
